Q. What sizes do you have?
Our Hanbok sizes for women range from 81cm (size 44) to 125cm (size 99) based on adult women's chest circumference. For men, the costumes have ample chest room and can accommodate a height of up to 195cm.
Q. What shoe sizes do you have?
For women, we have up to Korean size 265. (US 8~9, EUR 40~41)
For men, we have up to size 310. (US 12~13, EUR 46~47)
Q. Do you have children’s hanbok?
We have children’s hanbok for ages 1-12. Teens from age of 13 and up are counted as adults.
Q. Can I rent without a reservation?
To ensure you receive the best service possible, we highly recommend making a reservation in advance. Without a booking, the waiting and preparation time may increase depending on the time slot. Make your reservation today and get ready to immerse yourself in a unique cultural experience with our exquisite Hanbok selection.
Q. What days are you open on?
We are open 365 days a year, even on holidays.
Our business hours are from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
To ensure you get the full 4-hours experience with rentals, we don't recommend booking after 5 PM.
For photoshoots after 6 PM, please contact us separately through Instagram DMs or E-mail.
Q. Can I choose my clothes before visiting?
Usually, the customers choose their outfit at the time of their visit. Feel free to browse through our website to see available designs and colors.
If you have a specific design in mind, let us know through the Instagram DMs or E-mail and we will do our best to help you. Please keep in mind we might not have your size available at all times.
Q. Do you offer makeup?
We don't offer makeup for rentals and outdoor photoshoots due to the lack of space in our main location.
We only offer makeup for the indoor photoshoot since the indoor shooting takes place in a separate studio.
Q. What happens if I damage one of your products?
We understand that accidents happen. In case of damaged products, inform us immediately and we will assess the situation. Depending on the damage, we may charge a repair fee or a replacement fee. We value our customers and strive to provide you with the best quality of service.
Q. Where are you located?
Our shop’s address is 33 Bukchon-ro 5ga-gil, Jongno-gu, Seoul. It takes about 10 minutes to walk from the Anguk Subway station (Exit 1).
Our Indoor Studio's address is 152 Gahoe-dong, Jongno-gu, Seoul. It's about 5 minutes away on foot from our main location.
Q. Where can I park my car?
We don't have a parking space at our shop.
The closest public parking is in the Jeongdok Library.
Q. Do I need to prepare anything in advance?
You don't need to prepare anything in advance. Please note that we don't offer makeup services for rentals and outdoor photoshoots - You will need to put your own makeup on before visiting.
During the colder months, we recommend wearing skin-colored undershirts to keep you warm. Other colors might show, especially if you wear light-colored hanbok. We also offer warm winter hanbok for ₩10,000 extra.
Q. When will my reservation be confirmed?
We appreciate your reservation request and will do our best to confirm your booking within 24 hours.
Please note that we may have to check availability for your desired time slot before confirming your reservation.
In case your requested time is unavailable, our team will reach out to your provided email address to find a suitable alternative date and time.
Q. Do you offer custom-made hanbok?
Our Custom Hanbok service allows you to tailor your Hanbok to your exact specifications. We offer high-quality custom services that ensure your Hanbok fits perfectly and looks stunning. With our experienced team of designers and seamstresses, you can be sure that you'll receive an outfit that is both timeless and elegant.
